AirHeel
The air heel is an excellent device for relieving heel pain or achilles tendonitits. It uses air pockets on the bottom and back to massage the painful foot and produce pain relief almost immediately.

Extra Depth Shoe
This shoe has lace up or velcro closure and has an extra deep foot bed to accommodate orthotics or inserts. The shoe is very comfortable and lightweight. It can help relieve foot pain associated with arthritis, tendonitis. It is also designed to protect the feet of people with diabetes. The toe box of the shoe is made of lycra and will breathe and accommodate bony deformities of the foot without causing skin breakdown. We recommend you purchase a pair of plastizote insoles with the shoes as these insoles are the best at providing padding for the foot.

Plastizote Insert
This is the best insert that is not custom made. It molds to your foot when heat is applied to it. Twenty seconds in a microwave is usually all it takes to heat it up. this insert is studied extensively and is proven to help relieve pain associated with arthritic feet. It is also proven to prevent diabetic foot ulcers and amputations when used with a comprehensive foot and ankle protocol for diabetes.

Heel Cup
This cup can take away heel pain by supporting the heel from the outside. The cup can be used in conjunction with the air heel and the heel relief cream. For heel pain, use this cup and a air heel with a night splint and custom orthotics for relief. It can also be used for dry cracked skin on the heel. At night, prior to sleeping place heel relief cream inside the heel cup, place the cup on foot with a sock tohold it in place all night. This should end the dry cracked skin on the heel area.

Felt Heel Lift
1 per package. This felt heel-lift is ¼” thick. It is excellent for heel pain and for a limb length discrepancy. It has an adhesive back which can stick inside a shoe and level out a limb length discrepancy which can help alleviate hip, knee or back pain.

Superfeet - Over the Counter Arch Supports
These arch supports are the best that we have been able to find on the market today. They support the foot, they are light weight, and they fit in most shoes. They can help take away heel pain, they can help realign the foot, and by doing that it can help decrease pressure in the knee, hip or back. We recommend custom orthotics as well but if you would like to try an orthotic device without incurring the cost of the custom device this is the device for you. They are easily transferable from shoe to shoe and help decrease foot and ankle pain.

Forefoot Pad
This is a ¼” thick foam pad that has a ring on it for a toe. Once this goes around a toe the foam is held underneath the forefoot. Most people with neuromas or pain in the forefoot benefit from this type of device. Often times as people age the fat pad in the forefoot begins to get thinner. This can supplement that thinning process and decrease pain in the foot.
