About Daniel D. Michaels DPM, MS, FACFAS
Dr. Michaels completed his internship and residency at Yale University, School of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedics. During that time he had the unique opportunity of rotating through Harvard University, School of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedics, where he studied peripheral nerve surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery. Upon completion of his residency at Yale, he moved to Maryland where he served as a Foot and Ankle Fellow and chief Podiatric Resident at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedics. He specialized in lower extremity trauma and reconstructive foot procedures.
